On Saturday, October 16th, ASTA Arizona Chapter gathered in Tempe, Arizona to pack food for "Feed My Starving Children".
Putting on our hair nets we packed food for 2 hours. Packing enough to feed 30 children for 1 year.
With 18,000 children dying a day from starvation or starvation-related causes we felt so good not only packing but also contributing almost $600 to fight world hunger.
Several cruise lines are among the distributors in foreign countries. It felt like we were working right along with our cruise line partners in giving hope to hungry children around the world.
